Love, Lautrelle, P., (Prince), 97, of Robin Hood Drive, Riverside, died peacefully on Wednesday March 19, 2013. She was the wife of the late John Love.

Born in Godfrey, GA, a daughter of the late Oscar Guy and Annie Mae (Vaughn) Prince, she lived in Riverside for 56 years.

Mrs. Love was a teacher at Barrington High School for 28 years before retiring in 1986. She also was a Dean of Women and Placement Director at Bryant College for 11 years. She was a member of the National Education Association and the Barrington Teacher’s Association.

She is survived by a sister; Winifred Prince Helmly of Athens, GA, two nieces; Charlene Carpenter of Athens, GA and Marianne Crawford Hale of Athens, GA, a nephew; Henry Whitaker of Bradenton, FL and a grandniece; Catherine Hale of Athens, GA. She was the sister of the late Annie Maud Daniel and Margaret L. Crawford.

Her funeral service will be held on Sunday March 24, 2013 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 3 pm. Calling hours are Sunday 1-3 pm. Burial will be held on Monday in The Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
