Coury, John, J., 60, of Roffee Street, died peacefully on January 2, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center surrounded by his loving family.

A lifelong resident of Barrington, he was the beloved son of Frances (Abate) Coury of Barrington and the late Fred P. Coury Sr.

Mr. Coury most recently was a sheet metal mechanic at Electric Boat, a division of General Dynamics.

John enjoyed roller blading, working on cars, playing pool and spending time with his loving family.

Besides his mother, he is survived by three brothers, Fred P. Coury Jr. and his wife Debbi, Kenneth S. Coury and his wife Adriana and Dan A. Coury; a sister, Debra A. Mallozzi and her companion, Paul Morelli, all of Barrington and several nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 7, 2015 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 11 a.m. Calling hours are Tuesday 5-8 p.m. Burial will be held in Forest Chapel Cemetery.
