Elaine B. (Porraro) Morgan, 90, of Kelsey Park Circle, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025, at the Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Elaine was the beloved wife of the late James Francis Morgan, a retired Providence Police Officer, who pre-deceased her in 2024.

Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Felice and Adeline (Corveno) Porraro. She grew up in East Providence and raised her family in Riverside. In 1993 she and her husband moved to Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

She is survived by her two sons, David P. Morgan of Lexington, MA, and Brien F. Morgan of McLean, VA, and five grandchildren: Michael, Ryan, Stefan, Isabella, and Oliver Morgan. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Marie Grammas.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the “Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, 733 Third Ave, Suite 510, Ny, NY.

Elaine enjoyed sewing, cooking, and playing the piano—but above all, she treasured time spent with her family and friends. Her home was always filled with love, laughter, and the delicious aromas of her homemade meals.

A proud graduate of St. Mary Academy – Bay View in Riverside, her faith was an important part of her life, and she was a communicant of St. Clare Catholic Church in North Palm Beach, FL.

Calling Hours will be held on Sunday October 19, 2025 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside from 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday October 20, 2025 at 12 noon in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence, where Elaine and the ashes of her late husband James will be interred together.
