Lois E. Lenihan, 78, of Riverside, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025, at East Gate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in East Providence.

Born in Providence, she was the loving daughter of the late Francis A. and Audrey A. (Albro) Lenihan. Lois made her home in Riverside for 56 years, having previously lived in Barrington, and built a life filled with warmth, kindness, and quiet grace.

Lois will be lovingly remembered for her gentle spirit and the compassionate way she moved through the world. She had a gift for making others feel seen and cared for—always greeting friends with a warm smile and offering a helping hand whenever it was needed. Her kindness touched many lives and will remain a lasting legacy in the hearts of all who knew her.

A private burial will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. In keeping with her humble and thoughtful nature, calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Contributions in Lois’s memory to a charity of your choice would be deeply appreciated.
