Glenn David Holland, 66, formerly of Sowams Road, Barrington, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Hudson, Massachusetts, Glenn was a son of the late John and Joan (Morey) Holland. He lived in Pawtucket for the past 12 years, having previously made his home in Barrington for 46 years, where he formed lifelong friendships and deep roots in the community.

Glenn was a owner-operator of Jade Engineered Plastics, Inc. in Bristol, a business he led with dedication, integrity, and pride. He was a graduate of Barrington High School, Class of 1977, and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.

Glenn was a member of New Hope Church and a Friend of Bill W. He was also a member of the Pawtucket Country Club. As a youth he was a member of the Barrington Youth Hockey Association.

Glenn lived life with enthusiasm and curiosity. He enjoyed traveling, skydiving, collecting sneakers and watches, and was a devoted fan of New England sports. Known for his generous spirit, sense of humor, and adventurous nature, Glenn leaves behind many cherished memories for those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his three brothers, Steven M. Holland and his wife Kim of Barrington, Mark A. Holland of Barrington, and Lee G. Holland of Middletown; his many nieces and nephews, Matthew R. Holland and his wife Hailey, Brian C. Holland and his wife Jenn, Kelsey Holland, Stephen Devereaux and his girlfriend Laysa, Belle Grilo and her husband PJ, John Devereaux and his wife Kristen, Christopher R. Holland, Jack A. Holland and his wife Avery, Harry J. Holland and his wife Rachel, Nils K. Holland, and Sophie M. Holland; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews, Bode, Hudson, Sidney, William, Avery, Olivia, Harper, Miah, Remy, Lana, Maddox, Parker, Mia and Noha. He is also survived by several cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on a date and time to be announced. Contributions in Glenn’s memory to HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 would be deeply appreciated.

  9. I can hear your voice and hope I always will. You were my go-to dance partner – weddings, The Met, Lupo’s, wherever we landed.
    John and I will especially remember your trip to San Franciso. Dancing to rhythm and blues at Slim’s (Bozz Scaggs’s bar) and other partying festivities with Betsy, Eric, John and you and me! Santa Cruz too!
    I will forever consider parties with the Louie Camp Band as part of my childhood memories. YOU will forever be part of my growing up. God
