Myrberg, Alice, E., (Swanson), 95, of Richmond Avenue, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday July 25, 2015. She was the wife of the late Sven J. Myrberg.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Oscar and Ruth (Andersson) Swanson, she lived in Barrington since 1950.

Mrs. Myrberg was a member of the St. John’s Episcopal Church and the Episcopal Church Woman’s Society. She also was a member of the Verdani Woman’s Chorus and the Vasa Order. She enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by two sons, Stephen J. Myrberg of Barrington and Donald G. Myrberg of North Port, FL; seven grandchildren, Matthew Hartley, Meg McKitchen, Katrin Iken, Sven J. Myrberg II, Gail Schneckner, Christiaan Myrberg and Ashley Myrberg and five great grandchildren, Jacob, Maggie, Lucy, Charlie and Greta. She was the sister of the late Astrid Westberg, Ruth Masker and Oscar Swanson.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday July 31, 2015 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery, Johnston.
