Andrew P. Gagnon Jr., 88, of Linden Road, Seekonk, MA, died peacefully on June 11, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Stephanie (Green) Gagnon.

Born in Fall River, MA, a son of the late Andrew P. Gagnon Sr. and Ruth (Connery) Gagnon, he lived in Seekonk, MA for 65 years and summered on Cape Cod, MA.

Mr. Gagnon was a Control System Engineer for C.D.M., Boston for 40 years before retiring in 2006.

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. He was a member of the Registered Engineers Association. He enjoyed cars, wooden boats and spending time with his loving family on Cape Cod.

Mr. Gagnon was a former member of the Massachusetts National Guard.

Besides his wife of 64 years, he is survived by a son, Andrew P. Gagnon III and his wife Lynne of Rehoboth, MA; five grandchildren, Michael, Amy and Matthew Falcao of Smithfield and twins, Andrew P. Gagnon IV and Emily Gagnon of Rehoboth, MA and two great grandchildren, Thomas and Ellie Falcao. He was the father of the late Alyce Falcao and brother of the late Judith Davidson.

His Funeral Service will be held on Monday June 23, 2025 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 6 p.m. Calling Hours are Monday from 4-6 p.m.

  1. I was sorry to read of Andrew’s passing. We had served together on the Seekonk Town Democratic committee, working for a better and kinder future. I remember him as being quiet and thoughtful. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

  3. Steph, I just learned of Pete’s passing. I’m so sorry, I loved Pete for his quiet demeanor and wit. I always teased him, and he always just smiled and laughed. I will miss him. Thinking of you and family at your time of loss.
