Antonetta Marie (Andreozzi) Ferland, 78, of Dartmouth Avenue, Riverside, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2026, at Rhode Island Hospital, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. She was the devoted life partner of the late Ronald Westberg Turnbull, with whom she shared many years of companionship, laughter, and love.

Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, Antonetta was a daughter of the late James and Dorothy (Branch) Andreozzi. She made Riverside her home for more than 41 years, building a life centered on family, hard work, and simple joys.

Antonetta dedicated 19 years of service as a bookkeeper for the former Braided Products Manufacturing Company, retiring in 2014. Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, she took pride in her career, just as she did in caring for those she loved.

At home, Antonetta found happiness in cooking and baking for her family. She also enjoyed crocheting, creating thoughtful handmade pieces that reflected her patience, creativity, and generous spirit.

She leaves behind her loving children, David A. Ferland of New Bedford, MA; Brenda Lee Handwerker of Rome, NY; Kimberly A. Kirby-Olson of Stoughton, WI; and Dawn Marie Ferland of Stoughton, WI.

She was a cherished grandmother to twelve grandchildren and a proud great-grandmother to four great-grandchildren. Antonetta is also survived by her four sisters: twins Rose Tyree of Warren and Dorothy Johnson of Warren, Shirley Boyer of Johnston, and Marylin Brackett of Riverside. She was the sister of the late Antonio Andreozzi and Jane Kinney.

Antonetta will be remembered for her kindness, devotion to family, and the quiet love she shared so freely with all who knew her.

A private Graveside Burial will be held in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
