Azulay, Barbara V., 65, of Crescent View Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 28, 2018. She was the wife of the late William Azulay.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Betty (Anderson) Stephenson, she lived in East Providence for 34 years.
She is survived by two sons, William D. Azulay of Georgia and Steven R. Azulay of Cumberland; two daughters, Angel M. Azulay of East Providence and Crystal L. Azulay of Riverside; five brothers, Mark, Bruce, Joseph, Keith and Kirk Stephenson; five sisters, Cindy Splettec, Nancy Camerlin, Denise Stephenson, Dawn Stephenson and Christine Lyon, eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was the sister-in-law of David Azulay, Paula Azulay and Priscilla Stephenson. She was a sister of the late Kenneth, Michael and Christopher Stephenson.
Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 5, 2018 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday 5-8 p.m.
