Soderberg, Barbara, J., 91, formerly of Becker Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on December 1, 2014. She was the wife of the late Allen G. Soderberg.

Born in Boston, MA, a daughter of the late Horace and Minerva (Hoffman) Eagleson, she lived in Riverside for 55 years.

Mrs. Soderberg was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her loving family.

She is survived by a daughter, Christine A. Garrity of Riverside; a son, Clifford A. Soderberg and his wife Mary Ann of Riverside; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was the mother-in-law of the late David L. Garrity.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday December 6, 2014 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 1 p.m.

Calling hours are 12 noon to 1 p.m. Burial will be held in the Rhode Island Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
