Stafford, Beverly, R., 80, of Burnside Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on April 28, 2010 surrounded by her loving family at the home of her daughter, Sally A. Casci of Wakefield. She was the wife of the late Daniel H. Stafford.

Born in East Providence, a daughter of the late Elmer C. and Marion R. (Robbins) Drayton, she lived in East Providence for 51 years, spending her summers at the beach in South County with her grandchildren.

Beverly enjoyed golfing, bowling and was a devoted friend to many.

She is survived by three daughters; Susan M. D’Antuono of Riverside, Sally A. Casci of Wakefield and Sharon D. Radtke of Chapin, SC, two sons; Daniel H. Stafford Jr. Lt. Colonel Army (Ret.) of Rochester, NY and Richard J. Stafford Lt. Colonel Army (Ret.) of Richmond, VA and eleven grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Richard J. Drayton.

Her funeral will be held on Monday May 3, 2010 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 11 am with a funeral service in Seekonk Congregational Church, 600 Fall River Avenue, Seekonk, MA at 12:30 pm. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
