Bruce Michael O’Loughlin, 49, of Bliss Street, East Providence, died unexpectedly on February 8, 2026, at his home. He was the husband of Jessica Adele (Wickliff) O’Loughlin.

Born in Newport, a son of Donna Hummel of Middletown and the late Robert H. O’Loughlin, he lived in East Providence for 15 years.

Mr. O’Loughlin was an autobody detailer for 25 years, dedicating himself to his craft with pride and commitment.

A proud Irishman, Bruce carried his heritage close to his heart. He found great joy in swimming and diving off the piers in Newport, moments that reflected his adventurous spirit and love for the ocean. Above all, he treasured the time he spent with his loving grandchildren. He was a lifelong, devoted Denver Broncos fan.

Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by four children; Devin O’Loughlin of East Providence, Keyana O’Loughlin of East Providence, Stacia Hernandez and her husband Jonathan of Rumford, and Aaron O’Loughlin and his fiancé Sydney of Bristol; a brother, Raymond O’Loughlin of Arkansas; and two grandchildren, Madison Duguay and Lucas O’Loughlin. He was the brother of the late Robert H. O’Loughlin Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held in the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willet Avenue, Riverside, on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 3 pm.

Calling Hours are on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 1-3 pm.
