Costa, David L., 63, of Hope Street, died unexpectedly on November 27, 2017.
Born in New Bedford, MA, a son of Jeanette (St. Jean) Sevigney of New Bedford, MA and the late Louis Costa, he lived in Bristol since 1993.
Mr. Costa was a teacher at Central Falls High School for 10 years, where he was an Arts & Technology Department Head. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, medieval history and spending time with his son. He was a graduate of Old Dominion University.
Besides his mother, he is survived by a son, Devin D. Costa of Bristol. He was the former husband of Denise Rodrigues Costa.
His funeral service was held on Saturday December 9, 2017 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside.
