Paquin, Donald J., 88, of Crescent View Manor, Crescent View Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on December 3, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Margaret L. (Weaver) Paquin.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Joseph Wilfred Paquin and Agnes (Godin) Paquin, he lived in Riverside for 13 years, previously residing in Harmony, Maine.

Mr. Paquin was a carpenter and refrigeration insulator for many years.

Donald was a United States Navy Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed fishing and camping.

Besides his wife of sixty nine years, he is survived by a daughter, Patricia Guliano of Riverside; three sons, Michael Paquin of North Smithfield, Joseph Paquin of Riverside and David Paquin of Griswold, CT; seven grandchildren; two great grand-children and one great-great grandson. He was the brother of the late Raymond Paquin and Claire Sherman.

His Funeral Service and Burial with Military Honors will be held in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter on a date and time to be announced when those who loved him can gather safely.

  1. Uncle Don you are very missed. I kept in touch with Mom about you both. I know we will see each other again. Thank you again for all the time you spent with Mom while Daddy was sick and passed. It was such a relief to have you there with Mom. I never got to say thank you for all you did. Rest in peace, I love you and will always be eternally grateful.
