Rodgers, Doris, N., 89, of Balmoral Court, died peacefully on September 14, 2010 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Newt Rodgers.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late David S. and Edna L. (Davenport) Brug, she lived in Seekonk, MA for 58 years.

She is survived by two daughters; Cynthia R. Petrin of Seekonk, MA and Sharon Soltys of Coventry, a son; David S. Rodgers of Seekonk, MA, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Susan Robinette.

Her funeral will be private. Burial will be held in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
