Lukasiewicz, William, C., D.D.S., 76, of Preston Drive, died peacefully on March 14, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Madden) Lukasiewicz.

Born in Providence, a son of the late William C. and Aniela (Miga) Lukasiewicz, he lived in Barrington since 1966.

Dr. Lukasiewicz practiced dentistry in Warren and Bristol from 1964-2013. He was a graduate of Providence College Class of 1960 and Georgetown University School of Dentistry Class of 1964.

Dr. Lukasiewicz was a communicant of St. Luke Church. He was a member of the Rhode Island Country Club and Barrington Yacht Club. He was past President of the Rhode Island Dental Association and the New England Dental Society. He was also a member of the American Dental Association. He enjoyed gardening, skiing, boating, golfing and spending time with his loving family.

Besides his wife of 50 years, he is survived by two sons, William C. Lukasiewicz III and his wife Amy of Havertown, PA and J. Paul Lukasiewicz and his wife Laurie of Winchester, MA; a daughter, Susan N. Bolster and her husband Jay of Portland, ME; a brother, Ronald J. Lukasiewicz and his wife Linda of Carlsbad, CA and six grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke Church, Washington Road, Barrington on Friday March 20, 2015 at 10 a.m. Burial will be held in the Rhode Island Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
