Earl E. Tetreault

Tetreault, Earl, E., 88, of Holland Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on Saturday July 23, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Lacheta) Tetreault.

Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late William and Blanche (Langello) Tetreault, he lived in Riverside for 54 years.

Mr. Tetreault was an Equipment Manager in the Woman’s Athletic Department at Providence College for 17 years before retiring in 2001.

Earl graduated from Hope High School Class of 1947, where he was a gifted athlete playing on the hockey and baseball teams.

Mr. Tetreault was a United States Marine Corps Veteran serving in World War II. He was a former member of the Riverside American Legion Post #10.

Besides his wife of 60 years, he is survived by two sons, Earl C. Tetreault of Riverside and Glenn K. Tetreault of Providence; two daughters, Laurie Beagan of Warwick and Heather A. Tetreault of Providence and a grandson, Charles Farrar of Providence. He was the father of the late Brian Tetreault and brother of the late William Tetreault and Elsie Southworth.

A private funeral service will be held in theW. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
