Souza, Edward, C., 61, R.I. Auctioneer, of Breeze Avenue, Riverside, died unexpectedly on June 23, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Linda M. Littlefield, they were together for 36 years.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Antonio and Lena (Rogers) Souza, he lived in Riverside for 27 years and Smithfield for 11 years.

Mr. Souza was a Rhode Island Auctioneer for 25 years of antiques and collectibles. He was the owner & operator of Souza Auction’s, Antique’s & Appraisals, Riverside for 15 years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lynette Souza of Warwick; a son, Edward M. Souza of Cumberland; two brothers, Michael Gamma of Providence and Jesse Souza; five grandchildren, Michael Quaglieri, Giana Quaglieri, Thomas DiPetrillo, Kyla Heir and Eva Souza and a great granddaughter, Brooklyn Kraemer. He was the brother of the late Nancy Pombo, Donald, John, Earl, Tony and Bobby Souza.

A Celebration of his Life will be held with calling hours in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside on Wednesday July 6, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
