Plouff, Edward, J., ‘Ted’, 89, formerly of Bullocks Point Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on June 8, 2013. He was the husband of the late Ruth (Moreau) Plouff.

Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Leon and Florence (Either) Plouff, he lived in Riverside for 68 years.

Mr. Plouff was a Supervisor for Munroe Dairy for 42 years before retiring in 1985.

Ted was a communicant of St. Brendan Church. He was a member of the Bishop Hickey Council Knights of Columbus. A sports enthusiast, he was a devoted Boston Red Sox fan.

He is survived by a son; Richard P. Plouff of Warwick, four granddaughters; Michele, Nicole, Danielle and Janelle and three great grandchildren; Cameron, Cassandra and Devin. He was the father of the late Robert Plouff, grandfather of the late Eric Plouff and brother of the late Yola Peloquin and Leon ‘Butch’ Plouff.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday June 12, 2013 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 am with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 10 am. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
