Beauregard, Eleanor, 87, of Center Street, Fairhaven, MA, died peacefully on November 18, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital, New Bedford, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Maurice A. Beauregard
Born in New Bedford, MA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Batty) Germain.
Mrs. Beauregard was a nurse in the medical field for many years.
Her funeral service will be private.
Eleanor was one of the truest people that I have known. A friend from long ago, someone I’ve thought about many times over the years. She was strong and fearless but full of compassion. Eleanor had the ability to make me laugh when I didn’t think that was possible. She taught me how to think in a different way and how to put other people before myself. I remember these lessons and I am still grateful to her. My condolences to her daughters and extended family.
