Milner, Eleanor C., 91, of Wampanoag Trail, Riverside, died peacefully on October 11, 2016.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Michael and Rose A. (McCarron) Kelly, she lived in Riverside for 30 years.

Mrs. Milner was employed by the State of Rhode Island for over 30 years, most recently as an administrator for the Department of Business Regulation. She was a volunteer at the Assumption Church, Providence.

She is survived by three daughters, Paula M. D’Ambra and her husband Gary of Barrington, Eileen M. Tobin and her husband Michael of Narragansett and Ann L. Milner of Boston, MA; two sons, Daniel J. Milner and his wife Patricia of North Kingstown and Edward S. Milner and his wife Mary of Rehoboth, MA and nine grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday October 15, 2016 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 7:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Martha’s Church, 2595 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are Saturday morning 7:30-8:30 a.m.
