McArthur, Eleanor, Mae, (Walsh), 98, of Bernard Avenue, passed away on Monday September 9, 2013 at Orchard View Manor surrounded by her loving daughter and sole care giver Jeanne Louise (Mark) Moura. She was the wife of the late James J. McArthur and sister of the late John W. Walsh, Walter J. Walsh and Frederick J. Walsh.

Besides her daughter and family with whom she resided for 7 years in Barrington, she is survived by two grandsons; Mark J. Moura Jr. and Robert J. Moura. In addition she was the mother of James J. McArthur (Linda) and Fredrick F. McArthur and grandmother of Sean M. McArthur. She was the mother of the late Douglas C. McArthur.

Eleanor was a communicant of St. Luke Church. She was a member of the Barrington Senior Center and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday September 12, 2013 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 am with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke Church, Washington, Road, Barrington at 10 am. Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours are Wednesday 3-7 pm.
