Meyer, Elizabeth C., (Archer), “Liz,” 94, formerly of Brewster, MA, died peacefully on Thursday June 16, 2022 at the Hattie Ide Chaffee Home, East Providence. She was the wife of the late Ernest A. Meyer.
Born in Dumont, NJ, a daughter of the late Roy G. and Elizabeth (Roche) Archer, she lived in Brewster, MA on Cape Cod for over 25 years and previously resided in Providence, RI and New Jersey.
Elizabeth was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by her children, Christine H. Gregory of Seekonk, MA, Ernest A. Meyer Jr. of Haworth, NJ, Steven Meyer of NJ, Judith McCabe of Seekonk, MA and Christopher Meyer of Park Ridge, NJ; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; a brother, Roy G. Archer Jr. of NJ and Janet Redl of Phoenix, AZ. She was the mother of the late Jonathan Meyer.
Her Funeral will be private.
Chris… I just learned of your mother’s passing. I loved your mom and I looked up to her. Please accept my condolences. Give my best to your siblings. I have wonderful memories of Martha Road and your Mom’s hospitality.
