St. Angelo, Giovanni M., 85, formerly of Sowams Road, Barrington, died unexpectedly on May 27, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA. He was the beloved husband of Dolores (Sanchez) St. Angelo.

Born in Barrington, a son of the late John and Florence (Diodati) St. Angelo, he lived Swansea, MA for 5 years previously residing in Barrington.

Mr. St. Angelo was a mechanic for the United States Air Force repairing Jet Aircraft Engines.

Giovanni was a United States Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

Besides his wife of 60 years, he is survived by two daughters, Donna M. Pettis of Montgomery Village, MD and Diane LaCharite of Swansea, MA; three brothers, Alfred St. Angelo of Barrington, Michael St. Angelo of Johnston and Anthony St. Angelo of Maryland and a sister, Mary Calpinski ; four grandchildren, Michael LaCharite of Swansea, MA, David Merritt of Bristol, James Covitt of Woodsboro, MD and Toni Pettis of San Diego, CA and three great grandchildren, Aaron, Avery and Mia Merritt. He was the brother of the late Gerald St. Angelo.

A Private Family Funeral Service will be held in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside followed by Burial with Military Honors in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
