Mowry, Gloria, D., (Sylvia), 86, formerly of Riverside House, Willett Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on August 3, 2016.

A lifelong resident of Barrington, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Irene (Larisa) Sylvia.

Mrs. Mowry was a weaver for the former Collins & Aikman Mfg. for 10 years. She previously was a baker for the former Almacs Super Market for 10 years.

Gloria was a communicant of Holy Angels Church. She was a former board member of the Riverside House.

She is survived by a son, William E. Myers and his wife Sue of Barrington; a daughter, Jacqueline Ullman of Stow, MA; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Joseph Myers and sister of the late Anthony, Arthur and Karl Sylvia.

Her funeral will be held on Monday August 15, 2016 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Santa Maria del Campo Cemetery, Upland Way, Barrington.
