Pearson, Harriet, E., (Smith), 79, formerly of Goldsmith Avenue, died peacefully on September 1, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.

A lifelong resident of East Providence, she was the daughter of the late William T. and Hattie B. (Boyd) Smith.

Mrs. Pearson was a loving mother and wonderful friend who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by two daughters, Cheryl M. Bianchi and her husband Steven of Littleton, NH and Lynne S. Barrie of Pinellas Park, FL; two sons, Paul M. Pearson of Altoona, Iowa and Brian T. Pearson of Florida; a sister, Marjorie Grant of Riverside and two grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Shirley Barr, William and Raymond Smith.

A Memorial Service will be held TODAY Thursday September 4, 2014 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 3 p.m. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
