Hope L. Dellefemine

Dellefemine, Hope L., 83, of Winslow Street, Riverside, died peacefully on Saturday August 28, 2010 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the former wife of the late Frank Dellefemine.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Robert and Marion (Brown) Lother, she was a lifelong resident of East Providence.

Mrs. Dellefemine worked in the hospital claims department of Blue Cross / Blue Shield of RI for 25 years, before retiring in 1987.

Hope enjoyed knitting and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of Parents Without Partners.

She is survived by two sons; Kenneth E. Dellefemine and his wife Donna of Rumford, and Richard E. Dellefemine and his wife Donna of Rumford, a brother; Richard J. Lother of Greenville, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Carol Dellefemine Bouchard and sister of the late Robert Lother.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday September 1, 2010 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 a.m. with a funeral service in St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 10 a.m. Burial will be held in Olivet Memorial Park. Calling hours are Tuesday 4-8 p.m. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
