Walker, Howard, E., 91, of Locust Street, Riverside, died peacefully on August 25, 2015. He was the husband of the late Norma (Muirhead) Walker.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Carl E. and Gladys M. (Applebee) Walker, he lived in Riverside for 56 years.

Mr. Walker was a test man for the Raytheon Corp., Waltham, MA for 35 years before retiring in 1989. He also was a state photographer at the Rhode Island State House.

Howard was a United States Army Air Corp Veteran serving during World War II. He attended Syracuse University.

He is survived by two daughters, Deborah R. Williams of Providence and Diane E. Letoureau of Dundee, NY; a sister, Dorothy Walker of CA; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

His funeral service will be private. Burial will be held in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
