Wright, Jacqueline, A., 81, formerly of Wampanoag Trail, died peacefully on October 19, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Nelson M. Wright.

Born in Pittsfield, MA, a daughter of the late John and Phalice (Siers) O’Brien, she lived in Barrington for 36 years.

Mrs. Wright was a sales associate for the former Cross Sabers and Ross-Simons Stores for many years.

A homemaker, Jacqueline enjoyed decorating, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by three daughters; Pamela W. Grossman and her husband William of Bristol, Patricia J. Garvey and her husband Stephen of East Greenwich and Paula W. Cioe and her husband David of Barrington, two sons; Peter W. Wright and his wife Michelle of Stoneham, MA and Preston H. Wright and his wife Lizeth of Barrington, a brother; Allyn O’Brien of Toms River, NJ, a sister; Nancy Tucker of Pittsfield, MA, twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Phalice E. O’Brien and Eunice A. Hall.

A private family funeral will be held from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke Church, Washington Road, Barrington. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
