James F. Morgan, 92, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, a retired Providence Police Officer, died peacefully on April 17, 2024 at the Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He was the loving husband of Elaine B. (Porraro) Morgan.
