Price, Janet E. (Black), 70, of Tappan Street, died unexpectedly at home on May 14, 2019.

Born in Key West, Fl., a daughter of the late Howard S. Black and Barbara P. (Anderton) Kutger of North Kingstown, she was a lifelong resident of Providence.
Mrs. Price was a jewelry worker for many years.

Besides her mother, she is survived by a son, Larry T. Price II of Riverside; a sister, Linda Brasell of Alabama and a granddaughter, Sierra A. Vincent.

Her funeral service will be private.
