  8. Christine, Ben and family,

It’s always sad to hear when a young man passes before he should.

I met Jay when he lived at his grandmother’s home in Pawtucket. Gloria was a close friend of mine, and spoke often of the joy she had in being able to provide Jason with a safe place to live. I remember seeing Jay when I’d visit Gloria and he was on his way to deliver pizza.

I always will remember fondly when Jay and his cousin Lisa would chat, and I remember Gloria saying she was glad to be able to have Jay around and be able to help him.

I’m sure Jay has joined Gloria and her boys at the Gates of Rest.

    He’s gone to soon.
