Woodward, Jean, E., 82, of Riverside, died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on December 29, 2011. She was the wife of the late Paul I. Woodward. Born in Norwood, MA, a daughter of the late Charles and Barbara Brown, she lived in Riverside since 1976 previously residing in Barrington.

Mrs. Woodward was a secretary for Bradley Hospital for 25 years, retiring in 1992. Jean was an artist, enjoyed reading and spending time at the ocean. She was a member of the Barrington Senior Center and the Red Hats Society.

She is survived by two daughters; Joyce W. Caruolo and her husband George of Riverside and Jill W. Collins and her husband Tim of East Greenwich, a brother; Donald Brown of South Carolina and six grandchildren; Andrew, David, John and Elizabeth Caruolo, Amelia Morrill and Peter Collins.

A Celebration of her Life will be held with calling hours in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett, Riverside on Monday January 2, 2012 from 2-4 pm. Burial will be private.
