Morton, Joan, 88, of Shore Road, Riverside, died peacefully on August 31, 2021 at the Tockwotton on the Waterfront, East Providence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Walter F. Morton.
Born in Toronto, Canada, a daughter of the late H. Edward and Zoila (Birrill) Merner, she lived in Riverside for 29 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Morton of Riverside.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday September 20, 2021 in St. Richard of Chichester Church, 4 Bridge Street, Sterling, MA at 10:30 a.m.
