I love you papa. Tho you had no blood relations to me, you treated me like I couldn’t be anything but your family. If there has ever been a strong figure that brings people together, it’s you. There’s so much I wish I could say to you and there’s so much of a man I never got to prove to you that I am, I am truly grateful for the morals and path you paved for me.(Ps pared my first course with a birdie on the 12th hole. Bought my first dingy and went out to prudence island(p.p.s it sunk.) sleep well.
I am so terribly sorry for your loss.
I didn’t know him personally, but my younger son Jason was best friend of his grandson Joey. I also know that the house I bought with my spouse at the time on Holly St, was John’s father’s house years ago. So sorry for your loss Joey, my thoughts are with you and your family.
I only met him recently he was funny and talking about his motorcycle and how he liked going to Seekonk speedway on Saturday. I’m sorry for your loss and the families loss.
I’m so sorry for the family’s loss. He was such a great, funny guy. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I will miss John a great deal. It was always a pleasure to be around him, and we shared many wonderful moments that will be in my heart and mind for the rest of my life.
R I P John. I am going to miss playing with you at Silver Spring. Thanks for the warm welcome back when I took a few years off.
Out of all the recent deaths this one hurts the most. I will miss playing golf with him and against him in the Senior club championships. I would bust his chops when he won the championship because I didn’t play that year.
RIP John, prayers for your family. Ginny
