Souza, John, J., Jr., 64, of Bowlett Street, died unexpectedly on Friday February 18, 2011 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen A. (Taylor) Souza.

Born in Attleboro, MA, he was a son of the late John J. Souza Sr. and Lucille (Pariseau) Souza.

Mr. Souza was a truck driver for Waste Haulers of Johnston for the past 5 years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons; Shawn J. Souza of East Providence and David F. Souza at home in Providence.

His funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 22, 2011 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 10 am. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday 4-7 pm.
