Lombardi, Joseph S., 61, formerly of Maple Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on March 28, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Joseph F. and Gloria A. (Cain) Lombardi, he lived in East Providence 49 years.

Mr. Lombardi was a caster for the former Trifari Jewelry Mfg. for 25 years before retiring in 2001.

Joseph was a communicant of St. Brendan Church. He was a member of the East Providence Knights of Columbus Council #1528. He was a sports enthusiast and also enjoyed reading and watching movies.

He is survived by a brother, Michael A. Lombardi and his wife Kerri of Riverside; a nephew, Zachary and a niece, Madison.

His funeral will be held on Friday March 31, 2017 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Santa Maria del Campo Cemetery, Upland Way, Barrington. Calling hours are Thursday 4-7 p.m.
