Julie A. (Aldrich) Silva, 81, formerly of Lottie Drive, Riverside, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025, at the Steere House in Providence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard A. Silva.

Born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, a daughter of the late Chester and Julia (Murphy) Aldrich, Julie made Riverside her home for 54 years.

Mrs. Silva worked as a customer service shift supervisor for CVS for many years. Throughout her career, she was known for her dedication, kindness, and the genuine care she showed to everyone around her.

A devoted communicant of St. Brendan Church in Riverside, Julie’s faith was an important part of her life. She found joy in simple moments-She enjoyed playing Skip-bo, spending time with her loving family, helping others, and making those around her feel cared for and supported.

She is survived by two devoted daughters, Marie E. Silva-Golembiesky and her husband Clifford of Cumberland and Christine A. Sullivan and her husband Rennie of North Kingstown; four cherished grandchildren, Zachary, Kyle, Derek and Jake Sullivan; her loving sister Ellen “Terry” Ordway of Riverside; her brother Richard Aldrich of East Providence; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Susan Palumbo, Jane Geleney and Mary Souza.

Her Funeral will be held on Thursday October 30, 2025, from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.

Calling hours are Wednesday from 4-7 p.m.
