Williams, Karen, J., (Aguiar), 48, of Bullocks Point Avenue, Riverside, died unexpectedly on April 27, 2010. She was the former wife of Jeffrey Williams of Cranston.
Born in St. Albans, WV, a daughter of Elizabeth (Forrest) Aguiar of Riverside and Bryant Aguiar of Texas, she lived in Riverside for 15 years previously residing in Edgewood and Barrington.
Mrs. Williams was a waitress for many years most recently at Brothers Seafood, Seekonk and the Swansea Country Club, Swansea, where she loved her work and her customers.
Karen was a sports enthusiast. She enjoyed walking on the beach and loved traveling with her family.
Besides her parents and former husband, she is survived by two daughters; Jennifer M. Williams of Westminster, CO and Sara E. Williams of Cranston, a sister; Beth M. Durand of Rumford, two brothers; Kevin L. Aguiar of Cumberland and Michael J. Aguiar of Providence, three aunts; Susan McCarthy, Ann Schulz and Carol Forrest, a great-aunt; Gertrude Sabourin, a companion; Alan Webb of Riverside and many loving relatives and friends.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday May 1, 2010 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 am with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 10 am. Burial will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
