Phach, Kayla, 21, of Forbes Street, Riverside, died peacefully on August 10, 2022 at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in Providence, a daughter of Ny and Ol (Soum) Phach of Riverside, she lived in Riverside for the past 12 years.
Kayla enjoyed collecting, cooking, anime and making costumes.
Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Nikki R. Phach of Boston, MA and Sareena Phach of Georgetown, MA; a brother, Nathan B. Phach of Riverside and her companion, Andrew J. Holstein of Riverside.
A Celebration of her Life will be held on Sunday August 14, 2022 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 3 p.m.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 1-3 p.m.
