Lillian Mirian (Grish) Packer, 99, formerly of Barrington, died peacefully on November 13, 2025, at Tockwotton on the Waterfront, East Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard W. Packer.
Born in Paterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose and Lillian Grish, she lived in Barrington for 65 years.
Lillian graduated from Mount Saint Vincent College.
Mrs. Packer was a communicant of St. Luke Roman Catholic Church, Barrington. She enjoyed golfing, going to the beach and spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Thomas M. Packer D.M.D and his wife Joanne of Wakefield, Donald J. Packer Esq. and his wife Mary Ann of Kingston, Bobbie Anne (Packer) Bentsen of Norton, MA, Karen M. (Packer) Perry and her husband Dennis of Barrington, Richard A. Packer and his wife Coreen of Salem, NH and L. Clare Packer of Johnston, fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday November 20, 2025 in St. Luke Church, Washington Road, Barrington at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling Hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangements are by the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside.

With a heavy heart my condolence gose out to the entire family, Lillian lived at Atria for many years and was one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met she was gifted with such a beautiful soul, may she rest in peace, and may Gods peace and comfort be with her family in this time of sorrow.
