Abelha, Manuel F., 56, of Winsor Street, East Providence, died peacefully on January 14, 2020. He was the husband of Maria M. (DaSilva) Abelha.

Born In Sao Miguel, Azores, a son of the late Rauline and Maria Abelha, he lived in East Providence for 23 years.

Besides his wife of twenty one years, he survived by his children, Kevin Abelha, Kathleen Abelha and Andrew Abelha; seven grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.

His Funeral will be held on Saturday January 18, 2020 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Francis Xavier Church, 79 North Carpenter Street, East Providence at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Rumford Cemetery, Rumford. Calling hours are Saturday morning 8-9 a.m.
