McNally, Marjorie R., 86, of Tripps Lane, died peacefully on February 17, 2021. She was the wife of the late Eugene McNally.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, a daughter of the late Edward and Mary Louise (Sanders) Herrmann, she lived in Riverside since 1971.
Mrs. McNally graduated from Misercordia University Class of 1955. She was a Registered Nurse at Butler Hospital, Providence from 1975-2000.
Marjorie was a communicant of St. Brendan Church. She was a member of the Red Hat’s Society. She enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by two sons, Eugene McNally and his wife Jo Anne of Springfield, MA and David McNally of New Jersey; a sister, Agnes Hoffman of Georgia; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Patrick M. McNally and sister of the late Edward Herrmann and Marylou Eisenmen.
A Celebration of her Life will be held on a date and time to be announced when those who loved her can gather safely. Burial will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
With tears in our eyes but a smile on our faces may we remember Margie as that smiling light and shining example of caring that touched the lives of others over the years. She will long be remembered, not only by family and friends but also by God who extends His wonderful promises to all. John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:11, 29
Gene & Jo Anne, sorry to here about the passing of your Mom( Aunt Marge) and my Godmother. Prayers also to your children who lost grandmom. My memories of her although it’s been some time are fond!! God Bless!
GENE, I am so sorry for your loss. MARGIE WAS A SPARK. My mom adored her. When I was young,I used to look forward to visits. She is a very special lady who will remembered for her spunk, sense of humor, and ability to ” keep it real” May God comfort you and the family with fond memories and the giggles that may go with them.
