Mary (Zirri) Miller

Date of Passing:

July 27, 2025

Mary (Zirri) Miller, 87, of Prospect Street in Barrington, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday July 27, 2025, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. She was the cherished wife of the late Nicholas A. Miller, with whom she shared many joyful years.

Born in the Kato Drys, Cyprus, Mary was the devoted daughter of the late Michael and Anna Zirri. Her life’s journey took her far from her roots, but she carried her heritage and warmth with her wherever she went. For the past ten years, she made her home in Barrington, where she was embraced by her community and, more importantly, by her family.

Mary had a vibrant spirit and a deep commitment to her work. She was a successful Realtor and dedicated many years to customer service in the banking industry, always bringing compassion, patience, and a kind word to those she served. She was a devoted and active member of The Metropolitan Cathedral of St. John The Theologian in Tenafly, New Jersey, where she found strength, community, and peace.

Mary had a love of music and dancing, she found joy in life’s simple pleasures—tending to her garden, preparing meals that brought family together, playing cards and chess with a competitive spark, and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. Above all, she treasured the time she spent with her family, who were her pride and joy.

She leaves behind her loving daughter, Stephanie Miller-Reginster and her husband Bernard of Barrington. Her legacy continues through her two beloved
grandchildren: Iliana Reginster and Talia Reginster.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her warmth, strength, and unwavering love for her family.

A Graveside Committal Service will be held at Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Boulevard, Providence, followed by burial on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 10:30am.
