Studley, Michael C. 63, of Pequot Trail, Stonington, CT, died peacefully on Saturday June 29, 2019 in Mystic, CT.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Raymond A. and W. Mary (O’Brien) Studley, he lived in Stonington for 15 years, previously residing in West Warwick and Coventry.
Mr. Studley was a welder for General Dynamics-Electric Boat, Groton, CT for 20 years.
Michael was a graduate of East Providence High School Class of 1973. A sports enthusiast, he was a devoted Boston Red Sox fan.
He is survived by a daughter, Suzanne Austen of Barrington; a sister, Kathleen M. Oliver of Tiverton; two brothers, Kevin J. Studley of Seekonk, MA and Raymond B. Studley of Barrington; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Kate Studley and brother of the late Stephen A. Studley.
His Memorial Service will be private. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Contributions in Michael’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675 would be deeply appreciated.
