  1. My sincere condolences to Michael’s family and friends. I wish we had exchanged a few more guitar stories and war stories. RIP, Mike.

  2. Mike was a great guy who was quick with a good laugh or an interesting story that he carried in his pocket. He loved his family and his lovely wife. He was a respected police officer and member of the Fraternal Order of Police Little Rhody Lodge 15 and the Rhode Island Police Officers Emerald Society. Rest in Peace my Brother.

  4. The Mauro’s introduced Karen and I 54 years ago and Mike is my son’s Godfather. They were a second family to me since college. I have known Mike most of my life. A great guy!! Rest in peace Brother.

  5. I am so deeply sorry to learn of Mike’s passing. He was my cousin from RI and although we didn’t see each other very often, we kept in touch through the years. He was bigger than life, funny and deeply devoted to his family. I will always remember his sense of humor and the irreverent jokes he told. My sincere condolences to the entire family. Take comfort in knowing that he is reunited with his lovely Ellen. I will keep him in my heart always.💔
