DiOrio, Michael J., 34, formerly of Townsend Street, died unexpectedly on January 8, 2017.

Born in Providence, a son of Douglas D. DiOrio of Barrington and the late Christine M. (Hurley) DiOrio and step-son of Annette DiOrio of Barrington, he lived in Barrington for 30 years and Riverside for 5 years.

Mr. DiOrio was a journeymen plumber for the DiOrio Plumbing & Heating Co, Barrington for the past 16 years.

Michael was a graduate of Barrington High School Class of 2000. He loved his faithful dog.

Besides his father and step-mother, he is survived by three brothers, Anthony DiOrio of Barrington, Matthew DiOrio of Riverside and Andrew DiOrio of Barrington; a step-brother, Ellis Iacono of Barrington and loving uncle to several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held on Friday January 13, 2017 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday 4-8 p.m.
