Thom, Nancy, (Forbes), 95, of Bay Spring Avenue, died peacefully on June 21, 2012. She was the wife of the late Ian W. Thom.

Born in Milton, MA, a daughter of the late Robert and Caroline (Gardner) Forbes, she lived in Barrington for eight years and Port Washington, Long Island, NY for 37 years.

Nancy enjoyed reading.

She is survived by a nephew; Robert Forbes of Barrington and a niece; Jean Bissell of West Groton, MA. She was the sister of the late Ruth, Bruce, Ralph and Burton Forbes.

Her funeral and burial will be private. Arrangements are by the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, Riverside.
