Cioe, Norma, M., (Gonnella), 86, formerly of Barrington, died peacefully on April 30, 2014. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Cioe.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ceasar and Maria (DeChristafaro) Gonnella.

Norma was a communicant of Holy Angels Church.

She is survived by a son, Gary J. Cioe and his wife Rosemarie of East Hampton, CT; a sister, Eileen Carloni of North Providence; three grandchildren, Michael and Kelly Cioe and Christopher Gray and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Gale Howlett.

The Cioe family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of the Bridge at Cherry Hill for their care and compassion.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday May 3, 2014 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8 am with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington at 9 am. Burial will follow in Santa Maria del Campo Cemetery, Upland Way, Barrington. Calling hours are Friday 5-8 pm.
