Patricia Ann Roy, 76, formerly of Riverside, passed away unexpectedly at home on November 13, 2025.

Born in Providence, she was the cherished daughter of the late Ronaldo C. and Dorothy A. (Graves) Roy. A lifelong resident of East Providence, Patricia was known for her warmth, kindness, and quiet strength.

For 33 years, Patricia was a dedicated employee and crew member at Burger King, where she built lasting friendships and earned the respect of both colleagues and customers before retiring in 2012. She was a proud member of AARP and found joy in life’s simple pleasures — spending time reading a good book, doing one of her puzzles, watching wrestling, or enjoying one of her favorite movies with “The Rock.”

Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her many cousins, including Jean Oliver of Riverside, Joan Arruda of East Providence, Carol Cipolla of South Carolina, and the late Patrick Thibodeau Jr. and the late Robert Thibodeau.

The family would like to thank Patricia’s long-time friend, Mary Cayer, whose devoted help and loving care brought comfort and companionship to Patricia throughout her last years.

Patricia’s life was one of quiet devotion and steadfast love-she will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday November 18, 2025 in the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Olivet Memorial Park Cemetery, Riverside.
